1 fresh red apple, cored
½ frozen banana
½ cup ice
½ cup unsweetened nut milk
¼ cup unsweetened yogurt, Greek or coconut
2 tablespoon oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch of ground nutmeg & ginger
1 small pinch ground cloves
1 serve Intrametica® Toned Protein Boost
1 pitted date or 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until smooth. Enjoy.
