1 cup almond butter (or whichever nut butter your like best)
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup coconut butter
½ cup coconut flour
2 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
2 heaped teaspoons Collagen Ultimate +
½ cup coconut flakes for rolling (optional)
1. In a small pan over low heat, melt almond butter, coconut butter and coconut oil. Stir until combined.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut flour, vanilla and sea salt.
3. Gently fold in Collagen Ultimate + and chocolate chips.
4. Pour mixture into bowl and let set in freezer for at least 2 hours.
5. Remove from freezer, roll to form into small balls. Roll in coconut flakes (optional) and place on a flat baking tray and put back into the freezer for another 15-30 minutes. Enjoy! Best stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
